On Saturday 30th July 2011 we are taking part in the London Triathlon in aid of The Haven House Children's Hospice.

We aim to swim, cycle and run our way round the course covering 750m, 20k and 5k respectively and really need your support and sponsorship to spur us on over the finish line!

Haven House Children’s Hospice is a special place for children and young people between the ages of 0 to 19 who have life-limiting conditions and who are unlikely to reach adulthood. We have chosen to raise money for this worthwhile cause because not only is it a local charity, but it is also very dear to our hearts.
