My family lost my wonderful Dad, last year in August. 

He had been carer to my Mum, who suffers from Alzheimer's.

Without him, Mum has had to leave their home of 50 years,and move into a care home.                                                                              

She has settled in SO well at Norwood,with their care,                    

that I would really like to give them something back!

That is why I am running London's 26 mile marathon in April. 

In memory of my special Dad,(who I miss terribly) & for the benifit of my Mum,who I love dearly. 

The moneies raised will go towards the residents enemities fund, paying for trips and days out.
