It's not often that I get the opportunity to help others through my love of sport. Usually I run, ride and swim for my own benefit - this time it's going to be for someone else.

It's going to be tough and possibly one of the biggest challenges I have faced, however I feel fortunate to be able to partake and as a result raise awareness and funding for an incredible cause, by spending seven days of riding 1000+KM and  climbing 80,000FT through the French Alps (averaging 140KM / 3500M climbing per day).
