Dear Family and Friends,

I have signed up to participate in the Nepal Himalaya Trek and Hospice Project 2022 for Hospiscare and hope that you may be able to support me. Initially I will be volunteering at a hospice in Kathmandu before embarking on a 5 day trek in the Himalayas ascending to a height of 3400m at Poon Hill.  This will be a very different challenge for me, as those who know me best will know that I’m more at home in the water swimming and this challenge will require some serious uphill training. 

I will be funding the cost of the trip myself so all money raised here will go directly to Hospiscare.

I’m excited to take this opportunity, so please help me to help this wonderful charity to continue their vital work by donating whatever you can.  No gift is too small and will make a huge difference especially at a time when fundraising has been impacted by the pandemic.
