sorry for the short notice but due to an injury I thought I wasn't able to take part, after a speedy recovery I am STRONG AND ABLE! YAY!

 Ace Africa is an NGO supporting vulnerable children and families suffering from the impact of HIV and AIDS in rural communities in East Africa' (you can get more info from the ACE Africa website at www.ace-Africa.org) and then do your appeal. This weekend I am taking part in the 2010 ASICS British 10k London Run - yes, I can imagine most of you think I can do this with my eyes closed, but please sponsor me and support this fantastic charity which I am doing with 2 of my favourite clients so a squid or 2 would be fantastic!
