I've decided on a big personal challenge for 2015, to run my first marathon and I can think of few better causes to support whilst I do this than SportsAble.  I started running regularly only 3 years ago and I've met many inspirational people and made so many supportive friends along the way so I can totally relate to the members of SportsAble when they say 'SportsAble has helped me gain fitness, confidence and friendship ...' 

Their mission is to provide sports and recreational facilities and opportunities to SportsAble members in order that they may participate in sport to the competitive level each individual desires with the overriding objective of enhancing their quality of life.
