This year on the  16th of April I am taking part in The Welsh 1000 Walk and I will be walking 16.5 miles along Offa's Dyke Path as part a major event that will see walkers take part in 72 simultaneous walks to circumnavigate Wales aid of the Alzheimer's Society. Our family has been directly affected by this disease and has experienced the pain it causes the sufferer as well as family and friends. The disease is a ticking time bomb and has been described as the greatest medical challenge of the 21^st Century. Please help me to raise funds for the Alzheimer's Society to aid their efforts to combat this disease and support those affected by it.
