Story
I DID IT! In 2 hours and 12 minutes (approximately 10 minutes a mile) which I am delighted with.
A big thank you to all my sponsors who helped me achieve my fundraising goal for Dreams Come True. I know they are very grateful.
Also thank you to Jill my running buddy (pictured with me) who made the event fun from start to finish.
Thank you also for the loving understanding and support from Neil, Faye and Leila... I couldn't have done it without you.
The next day, the worst ache I suffered was in my head having celebrated a bit too well with Gill (my sister) and Deryck who showed up at the Robin Hood to cheer me on (and take this pic). What a wonderful surprise!
