Thank you everyone. This evening I successfully completed a 21.5k cycle followed by 6k run. Very pleased. Need to work on my swim!!!

When the special occasion of having your first child turns into the most frightening and upsetting experiences, just because you and your partner carry a faulty gene, and you never knew. Then the lifetime of treatment that the sufferer has to endure.
