Last year I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Thanks to the support of the staff at the Macmillan Cancer Resource Centre in Macclesfield, I was able to receive chemotherapy treatment on my doorstep. The treatment was hard, both physically and emotionally but I am truly grateful to the centre and the staff for making my treatment as bearable as possible and for accommodating my family at an extremely difficult time.
