Welcome to my page,  

Today mark's our beautiful little girl, Olivia's 3rd birthday. In honour of Olivia I will run the Lisburn Half Marathon on Wednesday 19th June 2019. All proceeds will be donated to Sands, the Neonatal & Stillbirth charity. 

Still to this very day I struggle to find the words to express the profound love and loss of Olivia.  

Learning to navigate my way through life and live again without our daughter has been the toughest time in my life.

Running helped when the weight of grief sat heavily on my heart. 

This is a poignant route for me to run. At mile 11 I will pass Olivia's resting place, so when my legs get tired I will most definitely be running with my heart because within my heart lies the strength of our little girl.  

I dedicate this run to you Olivia, our firstborn, our daughter. Thank you for gracing my life in ways I could never have imagined. This is for you Olivia.
