Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Michelle started with headaches around the age of 12yrs when she hit puberty (although she was diagnosed with premature puberty at 6yrs), the headaches got progressively worse until at 16yrs she was diagnosed with iih, she was a little overweight, but her weight increased over the years until she became morbidity obese her neurology team offered her weight loss surgery, because they told her, her iih would improve. She decided to lose the weight herself and lost 11and a half stone over the next 2yrs, and had maintained that weight loss for a further 2yrs.  Her iih didn't improve, and her eyesight started to deteriorate rapidly, due to the pressure behind her eyes, her pressure headaches were often unbearable and she endured 6 lumbar puncture/spinal taps to relieve that pressure, which left her with lower back pain.

She was bullied at school for being overweight, struggled with low self esteem, anxiety and depression, as well as iih, pmle and polycystic ovary syndrome, more than any one person should have to endure, she died on March 7th aged 27yrs .

REST IN PEACE MICHELLE ❤️
