Unable to undertake our customary 21 Bridges walk this year, we will instead be doing a home workout a day from 11th to 31st May as part of the #20DaysinMay challenge for the Mizen Foundation. That will be 21 workouts - 1 for each bridge. Hopefully we'll be able to do more difficult workouts as we progress but we'll wait and see how that goes!
