Hello how are you?

I am riding my bike on Sunday as part of a mass tour around England and I am requesting money for Kellogg reflectors to make my white and red Raleigh Max bike wheels sparkle.. they don't give them free in coco pops anymore!

I'm doing 15th August 2010 Lytham St Anne's to Neston - 106km/509m  ascent.. saddle sore much?!
