On the 15th October, me and some friends are participating in a CrossFit competition in London to help raise money to beat cancer

This competition and charity we have chosen is one which is close to our hearts. One of our team mates Ella, was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer at the young age of 20. 4 rounds of chemotherapy, 4 rounds of radiotherapy and a couple of lumpectomies later, she’s finally 20 months in remission and fit enough to compete with us. 

Cancer affects everyone but together we can find a cure one day.
