I am Holly aged 7 and my mom is helping me to raise some money for the Alzheimer's Society. 

The picture above is of me and my grandad who is 96 years of age. He was in the army fought in the war and now lives with Alzheimer's disease every day. He forgets who I am but I still love him very much and visit when I can.
