This year for the first time I am joining an unforgettable 3 days of cycling called "Ride for Precious Lives", a unique, 225 mile / 362 kilometer, 3 day cycle challenge which annually raises money for short and precious lives. 

Cycling from St Austell to Bristol, we are riding through challenging, but breathtaking scenery in South-East England and will visit three very special childrens' hospices: Charlton Farm, Little Bridge House and Little Harbour along the way to share some cheers and show our support for the children and their families that need it the most.

I have been training to cope with the physical challenge but am sure will need all your support to cope with the mental challenges that will ensue.
