I will be taking part in the 31st swinton half marathon on the 27th Sept 2009. I am doing this to raise  money and awareness for Diabetes Uk. There are 2.5 million people diagnosed with diabetes in the UK and upto 500,000 people that have the condition but dont yet know it. With my brother being diagnosed as a type 1 diabetic in his early teens and watching him inject insulin several times a day it is a charity which is close to me and my family. I would really appreciate your support.
