Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

In 2020 I signed up to do the coast to coast challenge walk, but due to covid the event was cancelled. 2021 saw my friends Steve & Amy Hadley take part and complete the event while raising money for cancer research.

This is a charity close to their hearts after losing Steve’s mum Wendy to cancer after a 10 year battle. This is also close to my heart having learnt close friends are also having cancer treatment.

Due to other commitments I was unable to join for the 2021 event , but supported them all the way , this then only inspired me to sign up for the 2022 Walk

I’ve chosen the hardest option the 100k continuous challenge walk through the night and hope to complete the challenge in around 26 hours.

This will be a tough physical and mental challenge but hopefully the thought of raising money for cancer research will drag me along. Please donate anything you can to this very worth while cause.
