Alzheimer's  and dementia is a heartbreaking illness. My mam died of vascular dementia. This illness took hold very quickly and sadly didn't always know who I was. I've seen from news reports how far the research has come with a  blood test to possibly diagnose Alzheimer's, a few years before its realised. I want to make a difference to this research by doing the 3 peaks challenge walk in Yorkshie.
