These bombs and missiles are falling in neighbourhoods not unlike my own, disrupting lives of ordinary families not unlike mine, and upending the careers of professionals not unlike those I work with and feature on my podcast simply trying to make their unique contribution to society. My heart goes out to those who have had to flee their homes in Ukraine due to the conflict.
