James and Cara are taking part in the Bristol triathlon on Sunday 29th June (Cara's birthday!), swimming 750m in the Cumberland basin, cycling 20k along the Portway (obviously looking as cool as the guy in the picture!) and running 5k along the tow path...please support our pain by sponsoring the work of thie great charity!
