Hi everyone,  Thanks for visiting my page. This will be my 1st Half Marathon since starting to run in May 2020. Initially I couldn't run 60 seconds to start off with but I found it a great way to clear my mind and stay fit during what has been a hard year for us all and gradually over time I've been able to run for longer and longer . There were so many great charities to choose from but after Paul having his heart attack Christmas 2017 I've decided to raise money for the British Heart Foundation and I'd be so grateful for your support. 

 The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. It's only thanks to support from people like us that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures. £24 could pay for two hours of research by an early career scientist, but every pound helps so please give what you can to help me hit my target.
