I have decided to help raise money and awareness for Alzheimer’s Research UK by climbing the Yorkshire 3 Peaks, 26 miles and a combined altitude of 2000M. Alzheimer’s Research UK carry out amazing work carrying out studies so that they can help find a cure for this disease and make it a thing of the past! I have only given myself 4 short months to train for this (as I am nowhere near ready just now) so hopefully by the end I will complete this gruelling task in a half respectable time!
