As Captains of Stanton on the Wolds Golf Club for the year we have chosen Nottingham Samaritans as our charity.

It is a charity supporting people who are struggling to cope, in distress and despair and who may have suicidal thoughts. Volunteers are ready to answer calls anytime of the day or night for those that are struggling to cope.

It can affect anyone, anytime, any age and they have understandably been extremely busy during the Covid pandemic.

The charity relies totally on donations and receive no other funding, All the monies donated will go to the Nottingham Branch so we both hope you will give generously both through the Just Giving website and at the various events we have planned.
