On the 7th of August myself and Kirsty Cunningham are taking on the Tough Mudder Obstacle Run challenge, we will look to take on and complete all of the 20 gruelling obstacles and 20km of running, however the obstacles in our path become easy when you think about what many children across the world are having to overcome every day, the horrible cancer. Therefore we look to raise money for an amazing very special little girl in our family Keeva Grix, and help the amazing Candlelighters Trust continue to bring light and hope to many children and families suffering from cancer.

When you see a little girl overcoming the mountain size challengers that Keeva has in her path without question, with a smile on her face, you realise that strength is from within. 

" Only a child sees things with perfect clarity, because it hasn't developed all those filters which prevent us from seeing things that we don't expect to see.”
