<p>Hello all,</p> <p>This is actually&nbsp;the second 10k I've taken part in; last year I ran the Jane Tomlinson Leeds 10k in 45 minutes and 47 seconds, raising &pound;262.41 for the Yorkshire Cancer Centre.</p> <p>This year, I'm running the York event, and donations will go to MacMillan Cancer Support. I'm sure you'll agree that it's a very worthy cause.
