On May 6, I will set off from London for Edinburgh. By bike. That's about 500 miles. And I'll attempt to do it in six days.

Why? Because we desperately need to change the rules. We need an economy that works for people and the environment - and doesn't pit one against the other. We need everyone to get a fair share. And we need more kindness.
