Having been well and truly bitten by the cycling bug I am now doing my second charity bike ride. Our last ride to Belgium raised just over £2500 for Mind. This time I'm cycling from London to Southend, where Johanne lived. Please give generously, this time for British heart foundation, a charity that is very important to me and my family.
