Cardiff Women's Aid works tirelessly in our city to protect women and children from abuse and to promote equality between women and men. This year is CWA's 40th birthday, so a team of runners is taking on the Cardiff half marathon challenge to raise awareness of this fantastic charity and its vital work.

All money raised will go towards the project CWTCH - Cardiff Women Taking Charge - which is an awareness raising initiative that will run throughout the city.
