On September 20th 2009 I will be running the BUPA Great North Run to raise funds for Breast Cancer Care.

Having lost Mum to Breast Cancer in September 2008 i will be running in her memory and hopefully raising as much money as possible to help people affected by Breast Cancer.

Every year Breast Cancer care give direct support to over 22,000 people with Breast Cancer or with breast health concerns through their helpline, peer support and other direct services. In addition to this they respond to two million requests for support and information about breast cancer or breast health concerns through their publications, website and outreach work.

I think you will agree that this is a very worthwhile charity to run on behalf of.
