We work for Monmouthshire County Council & the National Exercise Referral Scheme in Wales.  We wanted to support our community by offering Free Online Interactive Fitness Classes and a range of Physical Activity Challenges between 13th & 19th July.  COVIT-19 Stands for Community Online Virtual Interactive Training and each Zoom class will use 19 as its metric for exercise (e.g. 19 press ups, 19km walk/cycle/run or 19 Yoga Poses).

The aim is to take something that has been so negative and destructive and try and create something positive by offering exercise and any money raised to be donated to help people who whose Mental Health has been effected during lockdown.
