The HOPE Foundation’s vision is of a world where it should never hurt to be a child – thank you for helping to make this vision a reality.Since 1999, HOPE has been working tirelessly to provide a lasting positive change to the lives of street connected children and slum communities in Kolkata, India.HOPE implements more than 60 vital projects which focus on the provision of child protection, education, healthcare, and life skills services to vulnerable children and families - who are living in some of the most difficult circumstances.

Improve your mental and physical wellbeing at the same time as raising money for The Hope Foundation by joining the Kilometres to Kolkata Challenge!

In teams we will be competing to cover the distance from Apsley to Kolkata (9,212km!). This will run over the course of a month (from Monday 15th March to Thursday 15th April), using any and all activity such as cycling, walking, and running. The team that reaches Kolkata first will not only win pride, but a prize too!
