We're taking on the giant inflatables, fancy dress costumes, foam and water of 'We're A Knockout' to help raise funds for our charity of the year, The Prince of Wales Hospice.

But what's a fundraising event without a little bit of friendly competition? We've got three teams - Shift A,Shift B and the management team - let's see who can raise the most cash and win the most points on the day!
