Building on last years epic #20420 events doing over 1000 miles and running further than the equivalent from Nottingham to Rome I’ve decided to keep the fundraising going. Why? Well we have unfinished business!! - we had a really optimistic total of 20k to raise last year, celebrating 20yrs of The Children’s Bereavement Centre, with 20 events it all ran of the tongue nicely! The more I trained and the more publicity we got it looked like we may get close, we managed to raise just over 9k which was brilliant! & I thank each and everyone who had donated their hard earned cash! - however I still have a bee in my bonnet and won’t rest until I get them 20k - so I’ve decided to keep the challenges going…….

April 20th - 21st - x2 back to back 50K ultras at the UTA - Ultra Tour Arran (The Isle of Arran of the coast of Scotland) 

June 15th The Wall Carlisle - Newcastle 115k ultra - building in last years - I’m back again to beat my time 🤞🏻

July 7th - Running from my home Town Newark to Langar Airfield, do a 16,000ft Skydive then run back - covering around 40 miles on foot.

September 14th - Gb ultras Yr Wyddfa 100 Mile race - 

Spanning Snowdonia National Park & 5788m of Ascent over 100 stunning miles and over the beautiful mountains of Snowdonia Eryri!

I have set myself an epic 20 challenges in recognition of 20 yrs of The Children's Bereavement Centre. 

The majority of challenges will be 1/2 marathon's, Ultra's, Man vs Mountain - 22 miles up & down Snowdon from Caernarfon Castle to Llanberis - Having done this last year determined to beat my time.

4- United Airlines New York City 1/2 Marathon 11/03/23 (virtual) ✅

5- Great British Seaside East Coast 50k Ultra 25/03/23 ✅

7- Lincoln 10K 16/04/23 ✅

8- The Jesus Trail - The Jesus Trail Virtual Challenge 39mi (63km) route from Nazareth to Capernaum, This historical route is said to be the path that Jesus took during his ministry,  06/05/2023 ✅

9- Newark Castle Sportive - distance tbc - but no less than 32 miles 14/05/23 ✅

10- Grim Reaper 10 miler - Grimsthorpe Castle, Bourne 20/05/23 ✅

11- Woodhall Spa 10k - 11/06/2023 - last training run before the big one in June. ✅

12 -  The Wall 115k (70 miles) Ultra - Carlisle - Newcastle via Hadrian's Wall 17/06/23 ✅

13 - Newark 1/2 marathon 13/08/23 ✅

14 - Man vs Mountain 22 miles (35k) up & down Snowdon from Caernarfon Castle to Llanberis 02/09/23 ✅

15 - Equinox24 - As many 10k laps of Belvoir Castle grounds as you can manage
