This is a small community based charity that provides counselling and other support, free of charge, to survivors of abuse and trauma. It enables people across Bristol and beyond to process the abuse that they have experienced, often from childhood, to help live lives free from the effects of it. 

The charity continually strives to secure funding. In October 2019, funding equating to half the charity's annual income will come to an end. Any donation that you can give will be hugely appreciated and will go towards sustaining the charity's wonderful services.
