I lost my mum on New Years Day 2012 to MND, the diagnosis was made in February. The rapid decline and loss of hope was painful to live through and yet mum never once complained. I am not a runner but the pain I will suffer is nothing in comparison to the pain that this disease brings with it. Please help me to help those that are less fortunate than us.....
