We're a group of his friends aiming to raise the funds to fully support him and his family and his work to spread the Buddha-Dharma and create Sangha in Bodh Gaya.  It may sound strange, but it’s a difficult and even dangerous place to work: Bihar is one of the poorest and most violent states in India and despite the occasional visitor he’s many hundreds of miles from other Triratna Buddhist Centres and the rest of the Order.  Yet he's chosen to live and work there for the indefinite future.  He’s a true Dharma Hero, a Buddha Vajra! 

Our target is Rs. 15,000/month, which will support him and his family - his wife and two children.  That converts into only UK £2,000/year - it should be easy to raise that and we’d be delighted if you’d like to be a part of it!  We'd also like to find funds to support his community and Triratna's beautiful land at Bodh Gaya: the Secret Jewel as it's known.  So our grand total for the next two years is £8,000 - please do give generously - your gifts will be very much appreciated and will go directly to him!
