The Irish Guards Benevolent Fund provides welfare support to both serving and former members of the Regiment and their families.

Story

My name is Bryan Phillips and on 9th of June 2012 I was involved in an IED strike resulting in losing both my legs above the knee whilst on a foot patrol with the Irish guards. From day one the Irish guards have been offering their support from my bedside in hospital the whole way through my rehabilitation and until the present day which financial support and just support in general making sure am I alright and if I need anything etc . Iv decided to join fellow Irish guardsmen in cycling from mizen head to malin head (bottom of Ireland to the top of Ireland) to help raise funds for the Irish guards benevolent fund which has helped me and others and will continue to help past and present aswel as future guardsmen , so I would greatly appreciate it if you can help me reach my target as we all know someone in the Irish guards and maybe one day your contribution will help them. Thanks very much
