I'm back in the saddle again and raising money for the great work that Computer Aid International does to help developing countries through the use of technology in health and education projects.

I've cycled through Cuba and Chile with the charity before, and this time I'm staying a little closer to home.

On 11th June, I'm cycling the Nightrider - 100km through the night around central London, bereft of sleep and trying not to nod off on my handlebars.

So please, give generously to a fantastic cause, and when you;re tucked up in bed on the night of Saturday 11th June, feeling all warm and cosy, think of me slogging through the streets of London with my backside aching from the saddle sores...
