I am using the opportunity of my "Clipper Round the World" sailing adventure to raise money for UNICEF.  UNICEF vaccinate almost half of the world's children and provide more than 80% of the life-saving food for the world's malnourished children.  They fight for every child's basic right to thrive and survive and rely on generous donations from people like you and me.  UNICEF has been the Clipper charity partner for their last 3 Round the World Yacht races and hopes to bring the total raised through the partnership to £1,000,000 in the 2019/2020 race.

The race began on Sunday 1st September 2019 with the yachts parading under Tower Bridge and they are now (9 Jan 2020  enroute to Airlie Beach in the Whitsundays having left Fremantle about two weeks ago.  I am sailing on the yacht "Dare to Lead" in the legs from Australia to China and from Seattle to New York (via the Panama Canal).  My first leg will start 18 January.
