Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit our Brownsea Island Swim JustGiving page.

As a group of National Trust staff and volunteers we are taking on the challenge of swimming around the island on Sunday 13th July. Some of us will be swimming the 'half' - 2.5 miles (3km) to Pottery Pier, and some of the more foolhardy are taking on the whole distance of 4 miles (6.5km). We are doing this to raise awareness and funds for our continued conservation of Brownsea Island and it's wildlife, including our famous red squirrels. Thank you for your support!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
