I'm supporting this amazing appeal because…..back in 2013 myself & my family loss a very special person, My grandad but also he was a husband, father, uncle, a friend to many & recently became a great grandad. 

Next year on the 1st of may will be 10 years since we all had to say see you later to Effy ( Alan Whitehead).

He was our very own MND warrior… He taught us how to be brave on the bad days, enjoy the good days & love endlessly always. 

He was all for supporting charities, he had many over the years & I know if he was here, he’d be giving back to such a special appeal & charity, so in his name I’ll help him achieve that… by taking on the rob burrows Leeds full marathon.

Training has started & is going well, I have no goal as a time, just to complete this massive challenge! So please if anyone would like to help myself give back, a small donation would be amazing.
