ASBAH - The Association for Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus

I myself have Spina Bifida and am going all out to help raise for this fantastic cause, I really hope you can help me achieve this goal.

Now, as for the Challenge, I Plan to walk Coast to Coast between, St Bees on the Irish Sea and Robin Hoods Bay on the North Sea,crossing the Lake district, Yorkshire dales and the North Yorkshire mores, this is a distance of over 192 miles (if i get lost even more) I plan to tackle this in 10 Days, Finishing Sunday 31st October.

 I will be on my own with no support, carrying 10 days of food and all my kit. I will be sleeping in a tent (not a nice B&B) I just hope i dont come back talking to myself.
