Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On Sunday 15th April I will be taking part in the Brighton Marathon and aim to run round the 26.2 mile course to raise funds for St Elizabeth Hospice.

St Elizabeth Hospice improves life for people living with a progressive illness. Their work is centred around an individual's needs, which means specialist support, wherever it is required, whether at home, in the community or at the Hospice. The team at St Elizabeth's help people deal with problems such as pain, anxiety and fatigue, as well as offering practical advice and family support.

The care and support that St Elizabeth Hospice provides to patients and their loved ones is absolutely invaluable and by raising funds we will ensure they are able to continue this work for years to come.

It's going to be quite a challenge. I'm not getting any younger and although I hoped 50% of my build up time would be based at a high-altitude training camp, I had to give nearly all of that time over to the eating of cakes.
