2020 has been an exceptionally bad year for most people which has had a huge impact on mental health.

My aim is to raise as much money and awareness as I can to support Mental Health UK.

Mental health no longer holds the stigma that it once did, but this charity still needs valuable funding to help vulnerable people.

This year we plan to embark on what I’m assured is a first historical sail around Britain by doing a double Circumnavigation of the uk, first anticlockwise and turning around at the bass rock to circumnavigate clockwise.Over 5500 nautical miles sailing.
