It's all done!
On Sunday 17th April I ran the London Marathon in 4 hours 35 minutes 23 seconds, in the final act of this epic fundraising effort!
In all I ran two 10k races, two half marathons, and finally the London Marathon itself. Paul walked the 65 miles from Northampton to London, and we were joined in this whole endeavour by Tristan Hall, Chris James, Glyn Keymer, Myles Robinson, Sam Fitzsimmons and Kay Tyrell.
It's been a really remarkable experience, and we're genuinely touched by everyone's generosity. Running the marathon in particular is something I'll never forget despite all of the early morning training, injuries and post-race aches and pains! I think knowing that we'd raised so much money really helped along the way.
So thank you, everyone for all of the support and donations. Every penny really does help and means so much to us. If you haven't donated yet but would like to, this page will be open for a few more weeks so there is still time.
Thank you so much!

65 miles running & 65 miles walking...
In order to raise money for Help the Hospices (and as if to prove that insanity is genetic), Brian Kearney will be running a total of 65 miles (two 10k runs, 2 half marathons, then, finally, the London Marathon), and Paul Kearney will be walking 65 miles (from Northampton to London).
We'll be joined by our friends Tristan Hall (running 10k), Chris James (running 10k), Myles Robinson and Glyn Keymer (walking 65 miles).
Help the Hospices is a very important charity to us, especially after the care our dad was given by the Hospice of St Francis a few years ago. Please help us reach our target of £2,500 for this great cause.
Run details:

Paul, Myles and Glyn will be walking 65 miles from Northampton to London. The catch, is that at the beginning of each day, we must go to the nearest charity shop, and choose each other's clothes for that day!
