We breed and train guide dogs to give blind people freedom and mobility

Story

This is the JustGiving page, set up in memory of Brian Gurry who sadly passed away on the 2nd January.

Guide Dogs for the blind is a charity that was very close to Brian’s heart, due to his father losing his sight when he was middle-aged.

Brian would have been delighted to know that a contribution has been made to this worthwhile cause.

We kindly ask that instead of buying flowers for Brian’s funeral, donations are made to our chosen charity.

Maria and family.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

The ability to get around is vital in order to live a full life yet thousands of people with sight loss never leave home alone. We empower visually impaired people to do that and rely on the support of the public to fund the guide dog service.
