As some of you know I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in September of last year, this is now known to to be incurable but hopefully manageable. I have since decided to do the Mighty Stride Kiltwalk on Sunday 4th June from Duthie Park, Aberdeen to Banchory to raise funds for prostate cancer research. I am not doing this for my benefit but hopefully if a more accurate and reliable test can be discovered this may benefit your husbands, fathers, brothers, sons etc. If a fat auld mannie with 2 artificial knees is willing to attempt to walk 18 miles then hopefully you can find your way to donating whatever you can afford.
