This time tomorrow I should be finished and I am only £25 from my target. Please help the British heart fountain by donating a pound or two and I will do the sweating on my ride for you. Thanks Brett

2 Days to Go so thought I had better test the Haro out.  it was all going well until the chain came off,  Thankfully it was quickly sorted and even managed to get an earlier train to work.

I did 9 miles the other day and I am still hurting so 30 miles on a kids bike will be a challenge

Remember the 80s and BMX, well for some of us it never went away, although our waistlines have, but we still have a lot of fun riding these cool bikes.

Anyway we've joined together to raise funds and awareness for the British Heart Foundation charity by attempting a 30 mile cycle ride around Worcester in June 2011. The Heart foundation is a registered charity  which is leading the fight against heart disease (the UK's biggest killer, every 6 minutes someone in the UK dies of a Heart attack). The BHF uses the funds raised towards scientific research and breakthroughs, providing information and care for those that have suffered from heart issues.

You'll see our team fundraising target on the right so if you would like to help towards this goal, please help us, no matter how big or small the donation, it all helps towards a great cause.
